Arrive in the City of Temples and transfer to hotel. Evening visit to Pashupatinath Temple with Sandhya Aarti at the Bagmati River and observation of the Aryaghat cremation grounds.

Sacred Rudra Yagna at Pashupatinath, visits to Jal Narayan Temple, Guhyeshwari Shakti Peeth, Ling Bhairavi Devi Temple, and Swayambhunath. Evening yatra briefing session.

Scenic drive by Scorpio from Kathmandu to Timure, a Nepali town at 6,400 ft near the Nepal-China border. Last stop in Nepal before entering Tibet.

Complete Nepal exit and Chinese immigration procedures at Rasuwagadhi. Cross Friendship Bridge and drive to Kyirong (8,900 ft) for altitude acclimatization.

Reserved for adjustment to higher elevation. Short relaxed walks, exploration of Tibetan market, monasteries, and cultural immersion.

Journey to Saga (15,220 ft) via Ghungtang Pass (17,060 ft). Experience views of the sacred Yarlung Tsangpo River (Brahmaputra in India).

First divine darshan of Mount Kailash as travelers reach Lake Mansarovar (14,800 ft). Vehicle-based Mansarovar Parikrama and time spent absorbing spiritual energy.

Holy bath near Lake Mansarovar, followed by Puja, Havan, and Meditation. Afternoon drive to Darchen, the base town for Mount Kailash Parikrama.

Drive to Yamdwar gateway and trek toward Diraphuk on foot or horseback. Optional evening walk toward the North Face (conditional on weather and conditions).

Most challenging and spiritually transformative day. Trek via Dolma La Pass (18,500 ft), then past sacred Gauri Kund. Horse riders must walk approximately 5-6 km.

Walk from Zuthulphuk (approx. 6 km, 2 hours) marking completion of the sacred Kailash Parikrama. Return to Darchen then a 9-hour scenic drive to Saga.

Retrace journey across Tibetan plateau and mountain passes. Arrive Kyirong by evening for relaxation and recovery.

Complete border exit formalities and return to Kathmandu. Evening Certificate Distribution Ceremony celebrating journey completion.

Any person in good physical health with strong mental preparedness can undertake the yatra. While no prior trekking experience is mandatory, basic fitness and determination are essential due to high altitude conditions.
The yatra is usually conducted between May and September, when weather conditions are relatively stable and routes are accessible.

There is no any need for the medical clearance for the holy Kailash Manasarovar Yatra. However, we at Pavitra Kailash Yatra need your medical report for the safety purpose. It will help us to give immediate medical treatment in case of emergency.

You can pay in any currency (INR/NPR/USD) equivalent to $2700 or INR 2,35,000. In Nepal, both Indian Rupee (INR) and Nepalese Rupee (NPR) are acceptable. Whereas China (Tibet) accepts US Dollar (USD) and Chinese Yuan (CNY).
If you are traveling alone and want to stay in a single room throughout the journey, the extra supplement cost is $600 or INR 55000.
